Architekturprojekt bus:stop in Krumbach, Bregenzerwald

Picturesque mountain worlds and panoramas are revealed on a trip through the Bregenzerwald. At the museum of local history in Schwarzenberg you can find out all about life in this valley through history. The modern and renovated building also gives insights into past residents – including famous baroque painter, Angelika Kauffmann, who has her own dedicated museum nearby.

After taking a stroll around the historic town centre, visitors can continue onto Schoppernau to take the cable car up to Diedamskopf. Here you can enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama and a some hearty snacks or a local kässpätzle.

The afternoon is then dedicated to a schnapps tasting session at the Schaubrennerei Bentele, a distillery and apiary run by the Bentele brothers and open to the public.
