Lustenauer Mustard

A fine nose for flavours and the sheer pleasure of cooking were what, back in 1911, first drove founder Richard Bösch to establish a mustard production business: Lustenauer Senf Bösch GmbH. The delectable blends of mustard are to this day neither preserved nor dyed, and thus are pure natural products. The range of different varieties of mustard extends from classics for all occasions to special gourmet blends. A visit to the factory provides insights into the company history and their unique production process.

Michelehof in Hard

Pfänder cheese trail

This 8km-long hiking trail takes visitors all the way along the Pfänder ridge, from the cable car station to Eichenberg and Möggers, with various culinary stop-off points. Twelve boards along the way present hikers with interesting facts about the production of Vorarlberg cheese.
